Medical Massage
Targeted work with a specific goal.
Medical massage is treatment focused rather than relaxation focused. Instead of a full body session, we work on a specific area with a specific objective- usually something you’ve already discussed with a doctor, physical therapist, or chiropractor.
That might mean recovering from an injury, managing a chronic pain pattern, or supporting a rehab plan between appointments.
Great for:
Recovery from injury, surgery, or an accident.
Working alongside physical therapy or chiropractic care
Chronic pain patterns tied to a specific diagnosis
Repetitive strain from wok or sport
Anyone whose provider recommended massage as part of a treatment plan
Slower Strokes and firmer pressure that reach the deeper layer of muscles and connective tissue. Instead of covering everything evenly, we spend time on the areas giving you trouble -the shoulders that live up by your ears, the low back that tightens by Wednesday.
It can be intense in places, but I check in throughout and you’re always in charge of the pressure.
Deep Tissue Massage
For the knots that don’t quit.
Great for:
Chronic tension in the neck, shoulders, or lower back
Desk workers, drivers, and anyone hunched over a screen all day
Athletes and people with physically demanding jobs
Recurring tight spots
Limited range of motion and general stiffness
Pregnancy asks a lot of your body, and by the second and third trimester most women feel it in the hips, low back, legs and feet. This session uses side-lying positioning with bolsters and pillows so you’re properly supported the whole time. with techniques adapted for pregnancy.
The fact that I come to you matters here more than anywhere else - no parking, no waiting room, no drive home.
Great for:
Low back, hip, and sciatic discomfort
Swollen feet, ankles, and legs
Difficulty sleeping in late pregnancy
Stress and anxiety leading up to your due date
Expecting parents who’d rather not leave the house
Prenatal Massage
Support for the body doing the most work.
Long flowing Strokes with light to medium pressure, working over the whole body to calm your nervous system and get circulation moving. It’s deeply relaxing without being intense, and you’ll feel the effects for days.
If you’ve never had a professional massage before, start here.
Great for:
Stress, anxiety, and mental overload
Trouble sleeping or winding down at night
First - time massage clients
Anyone who wants to relax rather than work through a specific problem
Improving circulation and easing general stiffness
Swedish Massage
The classic full body reset.
The gentlest technique I offer, and one of the most surprising. Using very light, rhythmic Strokes, this massage encourages your lymphatic system to move fluid more efficiently - which is what helps your body manage swelling and puffiness.
People often expect it to feel like nothing is happening then get up and notice that their ankles look like ankles again.
Great for:
Post-surgical recovery and swelling (with your surgeon’s clearance)
Fluid retention and puffiness in the legs, arms or face
Long flights and travel swelling
Feeling heavy, sluggish, or bloated
Anyone who wants therapeutic benefit without deep pressure
Lymphatic Drainage
Light pressure,noticeable difference.
There is a moment after a great massage where you feel loose, a little floaty, and the last thing you want to do is drive home… that’s the part I fixed.
I bring the professional table, fresh linens, and oils - all you need is a room with space to walk around the table.
Your massage.
Your space.
No commute.

I got into this work because I believe everyone deserves to feel at home in their own body. Too many people spend years just tolerating pain, tension, or exhaustion because they assume that’s simply how it is. Helping someone realize it doesn’t have to be that way is the best part of my job.
Casino floors, chiropractic offices, medical practices - I’ve done this work in just about every setting there is. Coming to you turned out to be the one that lets me give people my full attention, without a packed schedule or a waiting room pushing us along.
